Our Press Tour package will help you to proactively get your message out to your key media. Actually, we do not care whether you want to tour media outlets or talk to the press during a local trade show or conference. The setup is just the same, except for the driving.
Here’s what we will do to ensure your success:
- Nominate an arcendo account manager to take the lead in securing results on your behalf. Our first step is to get to know you better - to find out your needs, aspirations and challenges.
- Develop a German press kit, including localized versions of your news release, company backgrounder, spokespeople’s bios and Q&A.
- Draw up a media target list to identify the publications and editors who are likely to be interested in hearing from you.
- Develop and distribute a media alert to target publications and editors, inviting them to one-to-one briefings, and building an interview schedule.
- Proactivly follow-up to secure interviews with the top target media
- Prepare briefing books for your executives, staff all interviews, take action on follow-up items, including post-interview contact with each journalist.
- Availability of your arcendo account manager to answer media enquiries about your company, for an period of 6 weeks: your German press office.
- Prepare a clipping report after the tour, containing the media coverage generated for your company through our PR activities.
- Recommend future projects to keep up the media momentum.
